What you’ll do:

  • Company-wide Planning & Prioritization: Manage biannual and quarterly strategic planning across all functions. Monitor progress on strategic initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • **Strategic Project Management:**Oversee high impact cross-functional projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Develop and implement systems to track project progress, facilitate collaboration, and resolve roadblocks. Maintain a pulse on organizational capacity and resource allocation to ensure effective execution. Communicate progress, blockers, and key deliverables to teams. Support Operational Excellence teams to launch, deliver, and monitor critical projects.
  • **Reporting & Analytics:**Establish and manage reporting mechanisms to track progress on strategic initiatives and key performance metrics. Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive-level summaries to provide clear insights into organizational performance. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, recommend actions, and track the impact of initiatives over time. Analyze ROI and impact of new initiatives and products going to market.
  • **Operational Efficiency:**Evaluate and refine internal processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate alignment between leadership and functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of company priorities. Lead initiatives to optimize decision-making and information-sharing across teams.

What you have:

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, driving cross-functional alignment, and leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Experience working with technical product and engineering teams.
  • Strategic thinker who can also dive into operational details when necessary.
  • Highly adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and committed to fostering accountability.
  • Collaborative leader with a strong focus on building relationships and driving alignment.
  • High learning agility. Ability to jump into unfamiliar opportunities and consistently provide clarity, organization, and alignment for other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data driven decision making and ability to communicate insights and actions to executive stakeholders.
