Erin Lorene Anderson

Erin Lorene Anderson is an experienced environmental professional specializing in waste and materials management. Currently serving as Environmental Specialist II at the Port of Portland since July 2019, Erin manages solid waste, recycling, regulated waste, and hazardous building materials programs. Previously, as a Waste Minimization Consultant at Terra Hydr Inc from July 2015 to July 2019, Erin provided technical assistance to the Port of Portland and tenants of Portland International Airport in waste reduction. Erin's earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager at Community Environmental Services, part of Portland State University, where responsibilities ranged from field staff to project management, aiding local governments and organizations in improving waste management programs. Erin's experience also includes an internship at New Seasons Market, focusing on materials management and sustainability initiatives. Erin holds a Master's Degree in Urban Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Community Development, both from Portland State University.
