Stephen Winkle

Stephen Winkle is a highly experienced professional in aviation real estate and property management, currently serving as Senior Manager of General Aviation and Airside Properties at the Port of Portland since February 2016. Winkle's extensive career includes roles such as Aviation Real Estate Manager and Airside Leasing Manager at the Port of Portland, as well as Senior Aviation Property Manager at the Port of Seattle. Winkle also contributes to the SANDY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT COMPANY as a Board Member. Educational achievements include an MBA from Willamette University, a Certificate of Proficiency in Advanced Japanese from the JET Program, and a BA in Business Management from Portland State University.
