Matt Bristow, CM, currently serves as the Assistant Manager of the Airport Communication Center and previously held the role of Baggage Duty Manager at the Port of Seattle since September 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing baggage handling at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and providing customer support for the baggage system. Prior to this, Matt worked as an Aviation Maintenance Planner at SeaTac, supported engine operations at Bizjet International as the Engine Operations Coordinator, and managed production planning at American Airlines. Earlier experience includes roles at Atlantic Aviation, where exceptional customer service was emphasized in the Senior Line Service Technician position, and design drafting at John Crane. Matt holds a Bachelor's of Science in Aviation Management from Oklahoma State University and a drafting degree from Tri County Tech.
