Abigail Ottmers has extensive experience in legal oversight related to financial transactions, procurement, cybersecurity, strategy development, specialized projects, corporate governance, data privacy, and regulatory matters. Formerly, Ottmers served as Deputy General Counsel - Financial and Business Transformation, Executive Lead & Chief of Staff, and Director, Senior Counsel in various companies before currently holding the position of Chief Legal Officer at Port San Antonio. Ottmers holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's University School of Law and a B.S. in Zoology from The University of Texas at Austin.
