Robert McIntyre has extensive experience in the telecommunications and power sectors, currently serving as Manager at Future Charged since May 2019 and as a consultant to ITS since July 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing GM Networks. McIntyre has held multiple senior positions at Powerlink Queensland since July 1997, including Senior Connections Manager, managing customer connections for telecommunications and high voltage power, and addressing telecom regulatory issues. Previous roles include Manager of Non-Regulated Telecommunications and Operations Strategies Development Manager, where stakeholder management in the National Electricity Market and the development of power rationing procedures were key responsibilities. McIntyre holds a degree in Engineering, with a focus on computer and electrical disciplines, from Queensland University of Technology, completed between 1985 and 1991.
