Arthur Spector

Mr. Spector is an accomplished venture capitalist, serving as Managing Director and one of the founders of Safeguard International Fund, L.P., a private equity fund that makes controlling investments in industrial companies. He has served as Chairman or CEO of numerous public companies, including Neoware Systems, Inc., NationsHealth, Inc., and State National Bank. He is also a former Managing Director of TL Ventures, a leading Philadelphia venture capital firm.
