To drive collaboration, efficiency, and operational excellence, we are looking for a dynamic Strategic Project Manager to support leadership and ensure organizational alignment.

Position Summary
The Strategic Project Manager will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, tracking key initiatives, and driving collaboration across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in fostering a proactive, data-driven culture, streamlining internal communication, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience, preferably from a management consulting background, with strong stakeholder management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. They must be commercially minded, possess strong business acumen, and demonstrate strategic thinking to contribute effectively to high-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support and Alignment
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to manage and track organizational priorities and ensure alignment across departments.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data, ensuring all decisions are well-informed and aligned with company goals.
- Partner with leadership to lead and execute strategic planning and transformation initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by identifying potential challenges, opportunities, and gaps in execution.
Project and Initiative Management
- Oversee and drive the execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to streamline project management and improve efficiency across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate collaboration across teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology) to ensure alignment and eliminate silos.
- Serve as the central point of contact for cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and transparency by organizing regular updates and facilitating effective communication channels.
Commercial and Business Acumen
- Demonstrate a commercially minded approach, contributing to business decision-making with a focus on financial and operational impact.
- Apply strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities and solve complex challenges.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align efforts with organizational objectives and deliver measurable results.
Internal Communications
- Manage internal communications on behalf of leadership, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Prepare materials for leadership meetings, including status updates, presentations, and strategic insights.
- Act as a liaison between the parent company (Prenetics) and Europa Sports, streamlining communication and reporting.
Process Improvement and Efficiency
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to create dashboards, automate tasks, and track KPIs across functions.
- Champion a data-driven culture, ensuring all processes and decisions are backed by measurable insights.
