Priyanka Shirke has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Priyanka started their career in 2014 as an Associate HR - Recruitment at Perennial System, where they collaborated with the Delivery Manager and project team to implement effective recruiting strategies for technology. Priyanka was also responsible for encouraging cost-effective modes of recruitment and recruiting through different sourcing channels. In 2016, they joined Xpointers Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Executive. In this role, they gained experience in various HR functions. Most recently, they have been working as an HR Manager at Prescient Technologies since September 2019.
Priyanka Shirke has a diverse education history. Priyanka completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from SKNCOE, Sinhagad, Pune, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology from Vidyapratishthan's School of Biotechnology from 2009 to 2012. Priyanka also obtained their Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C.) in Science from Yashwant Rao Chavan Institute of Science in 2009. Lastly, they completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Kanya Shala, Satara, between 2001 and 2007.
In addition to their formal education, they also earned a certification in Six Sigma - Green Belt from the Asian Institute of Quality Management. Priyanka obtained this certification in March 2013.
