Barbara Hayden is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as the Global Consumer Privacy Governance Director at Procter & Gamble since May 1999. In this role, Barbara ensures compliance with global consumer privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA. Barbara has also managed significant projects such as the corporate North America COVID-19 response, CCPA compliance initiatives, and the implementation of Digital Asset Management systems.
