Laura Martinus

Laura Martinus is a skilled data scientist with extensive experience in the field, currently working at Prodigy Finance since February 2021. Before this role, Laura served as a data scientist at Explore Data Science Academy from March 2019 to February 2021, and as a junior data scientist in the same organization prior to that. Laura began a career in engineering at the Meraka Institute, CSIR, working from March 2017 to February 2019 in the Human Language Technologies department, and also held a position as a candidate engineer in the Embedded Intelligence Systems department. Earlier experience includes tutoring electronics at Turning Point Tutors from February 2015 to November 2016. Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pretoria, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
