Iva Evstatieva is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in customer advocacy and contact center management. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Advocacy at Progress since November 2021, Iva is responsible for optimizing team processes, supporting sales teams, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
