Dr. Veronika Heid

Dr. Veronika Heid, LL.M., currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE since April 2022. Prior to this role, Veronika held the title of Regierungsrätin at Freistaat Bayern - Ministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst from August 2020 to March 2022 and led the Rights and Contracts Department at Bonnier Media Deutschland GmbH from April 2015 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes leadership in the Online Licensing Department at GEMA and a position as Legal Counsel from June 2009 to March 2015, as well as a scientific assistant role at the Institut für Urheber- und Medienrecht (IUM) from May 2006 to May 2009. Veronika's educational background includes a Master of Laws with a focus on Mediation and Conflict Management from European-University Viadrina, a Doctorate in Law from the University of Zurich, completion of the second state examination in law at OLG München, and a law degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
