Kenneth Berke is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in various sectors, including real estate, cannabis, and corporate law. Currently serving as a Manager at Real Estate Class Action Claims Administration, LLC, since August 2023, Kenneth assists Class Members in filing claims related to a significant antitrust settlement. As a Shareholder at Berke Law Group, A.P.C., since September 2016, Kenneth specializes in banking, compliance, and corporate structuring for cannabis and CBD businesses, while also hosting the CannaBusiness Solutions Podcast. Kenneth holds an Of-Counsel position at Miller Haga Law Group, LLP, focusing on corporate and real estate transactions, and leads a group at Provisors to facilitate business referrals. Previous roles include co-founding PayQwick Inc., serving as Managing Partner at Berke & Kent LLP, and Associate General Counsel at AlliedSignal, Inc. Kenneth earned a JD from Loyola Law School and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
