Lauren Curcio-Thomas, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the energy and chemical sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Transmission and Substation Construction and Maintenance at PSEG, Lauren has successfully overseen nearly $500M in electric substation projects annually while managing a team of 15 Project Managers and staff engineers. Previous roles at PSEG include Sr. Director of Transformation and Centralized Services and Project Director for Delivery Projects and Construction. Prior to PSEG, Lauren worked at BASF Corporation in various engineering and management positions, contributing to significant cost savings and operational improvements. Lauren holds an MBA in Operations and Strategy from the University of Michigan and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
