About the Role

As an Entry-Level Representative role, you will play a crucial operation in generating leads and driving growth for Puulse Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales with a company that offers excellent training, supportive colleagues, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Above average results can get you promoted to a position of Inside Sales Associate in under one month.

Responsibilities

  1. Generating leads and moving them into the sales funnel by cold calling potential clients using a power dialer.
  2. Understand the potential client's needs, qualify their interest, and transfer them to Inside Sales Representatives for closing.
  3. Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and useful information in our CRM system.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies.
  5. Participate in ongoing sales training and workshops to improve your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
  6. Attend weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and targets.

Additional

  • Ability to work full time (40-50 hours per week).
  • Selected candidates may be required to complete a criminal background check.
