Qosmosys
Bernard Foing is a distinguished scientist currently serving as Chief Scientist at Qosmosys since February 2024. Concurrently, Bernard holds the position of Special Professor in Space Research and Astrophysics at Leiden University since 2020 and has been the Director of ILEWG EuroMoonMars, as well as Executive Director of the International Lunar Exploration Working Group, roles held since July 2002. Previous experience includes serving as a professor at ESA/ESTEC from 2018 to February 2021 and as Special Professor at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from 2008 to 2020, alongside a notable tenure as Chief Scientist at the European Space Agency from 2003 to 2020.
