Stephen Robinson

Group Leader at Quadram Institute

Stephen Robinson is a distinguished researcher and educator with extensive experience in the fields of angiogenesis and cell signaling. Since August 2018, Stephen has served as Group Leader at Quadram Institute, focusing on the molecular mechanisms of endothelial cell adhesion and migration in angiogenesis. Concurrently, Stephen holds the position of Senior Lecturer at the University of East Anglia, specializing in both angiogenesis and the cancer microbiome. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Scientific Officer at Cancer Research UK and postdoctoral work at MIT, where Stephen pioneered the generation of triple Selectin knockout animals. Stephen earned a PhD in Developmental Biology and Embryology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where a BA in Biology was also completed.
