After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in General Engineering, Pat Saxman pursued a career in management, first completing an Executive MBA from the University of San Francisco - Masagung Graduate School of Management. Pat then went on to earn certification from Emtrain in Preventing Workplace Harassment and Six Sigma Green Belt.
