Matthew Rennie

Matthew Rennie is a seasoned journalist with a focus on horse racing, currently serving as a journalist at Racing Post since September 2020. Prior to this role, Rennie worked as a trainee journalist at ICS-digital, providing live commentary and analysis of horse racing events across the UK. Experience includes freelance writing for various platforms, producing horse racing insights for Sporting Life and major bookmakers, as well as a reporter for BBC Radio Norfolk, covering live races at Great Yarmouth. Additional work experience at PA Media involved contributing to the horse racing news desk and refining skills in crafting timely articles. Rennie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2020.
