Mark R. Bridwell

Mark Bridwell currently serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Rayonier, overseeing legal, environmental, and corporate governance functions for a major publicly traded timber REIT. Bridwell's extensive legal experience includes previous roles at Siemens Corporation as Counsel, where responsibilities included handling commercial and real estate matters, and various positions at law firms such as Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue and Seyfarth Shaw Fairweather & Geraldson, focusing on litigation and employment law. Bridwell began a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Educational qualifications include a JD from Emory University School of Law, an MBA in Finance from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, and a BSBA in Finance from UCF College of Business.
