Steve Brooks has extensive experience in technical support and product support within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Support at RBH Access Technologies Inc. since November 2011, Steve has previously held the position of Product Support Specialist at Guardall/Verex from April 2005 to October 2011, and worked in Connectivity Services at NexInnovations from 1997 to 2005. Steve holds a degree in Network Communications Technician from Toronto School of Business, completed in 1996-1997, and is certified by Microsoft and CompTIA.
