Patrick Coglianese

Patrick Coglianese is an experienced technology and engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Baseball Systems for the Boston Red Sox, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Patrick was the Director of Software Engineering at ASICS Digital from June 2021 to January 2025, overseeing global teams and leading a multi-year transformation to a composable commerce technology stack. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Web Engineering and Senior Manager of Web & eCommerce at iRobot, where substantial DTC revenue increases were achieved, as well as roles at CVS Health, MedTouch, New Balance, and Philmont Scout Ranch. Patrick holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
