Madison Cody has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2018 to 2019, Madison worked as an Engineering Intern at Boss Industries, LLC. In 2019, Madison served as a Continuous Improvement Intern at AFCO Zep. Madison then moved on to Catalent Pharma Solutions in 2020, where they worked as an Associate Operational Excellence Project Leader. In 2021, Madison joined Checkers Safety and held roles such as Assistant Planner, Production Supervisor, and Process Engineer. Currently, Madison is a Readiness Coach at QAD Redzone, specializing in the Food & Beverage sector.

Madison Cody attended Purdue University from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology. In addition to their formal education, Madison also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in May 2020. These certifications include "Building Self-Confidence," "Reaching Out of Your Comfort Zone," and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers."
