Matt Crabtree has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Matt began their career as a Research Assistant at SA Technologies in 2007 and then moved on to work as a Program Manager at Absolute Logistics in 2008. In the same year, they also worked as a Manufacturing Consultant for Grenzebach Corporation/Georgia Tech IE Senior Design. Matt then returned to Absolute Logistics as a Business Development Manager from 2009 to 2011.

In 2012, Matt took a break from their career to travel in South America, where they immersed himself in Spanish and gained fluency in the language. Following their travels, they joined Tender Belly in 2014 as an Operations and Purchasing Manager. Matt then worked at Pressery as a Production Manager from 2015 to 2016 and later became the Plant Manager from 2016 to 2017.

Matt's experience in the food industry continued when they joined QAD Redzone in 2017 as a Continuous Improvement Coach. Matt then progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Solutions Consultant from 2018 to 2020, Solutions Director from 2020 to 2021, and currently holds the position of Sales Director - Medium Enterprise since April 2021.

Overall, Matt Crabtree has held various positions in manufacturing, logistics, and sales, showcasing their adaptability and expertise in different areas of business operations.

Matt Crabtree attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in June 2020, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the same institution in November 2017. Matt also holds a certification as a Certified Kaizen Facilitator, though the details regarding the institution and the time of obtaining this certification are not provided.
