Zack Sosebee has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Zack started their career in 2006 as a Production Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where they worked on projects related to body engineering and climate control. In 2007, they continued their role as a Production Engineer at Ford, focusing on door closing efforts.

In 2008, Zack joined Porsche Cars North America as a Regulatory Affairs Engineer, where they worked on engineering and compliance issues. Zack then moved to Lockheed Martin in 2009, taking on roles as a Manufacturing Engineer, Supervisor, and Production Operations Lead.

From 2011 to 2012, Zack worked as a Consultant and Project Manager at CDC Software, where they utilized their expertise in project management. Zack then joined Ignite Solutions, LLC in 2012 as the VP of Operations, responsible for building continuous improvement systems and delivering operational excellence to customers.

In 2013, Zack joined Redzone Production Systems as the Operations Director, overseeing operations and contributing to the company's success. Zack later progressed to become the Vice President of Enterprise Services and then the Vice President of Operations. In January 2021, Zack was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, where they continue to play a strategic role in the company's growth and success.

Zack Sosebee completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in the same field from the same institute, from 2007 to 2009.
