Meredith Marlin

Meredith Marlin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and human resources. Currently serving as VP/Head of Total Rewards at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Marlin has held several senior leadership roles, including Executive Director and Senior Director of Total Rewards. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Beacon Health Options and Senior Director of Total Rewards at Flexion Therapeutics. Marlin also contributed to Nike as Senior Director of HR (Total Rewards) and has a background with Celgene in various senior director and director roles focused on HR business partnering and global compensation. Marlin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from Muhlenberg College.
