Monika holds significant leadership roles at the New Orleans Film Society, including Managing Director and Interim Executive Director, overseeing financial controls and various operational aspects. As a founding member of the Film Event Accessibility Working Group, Monika advocates for enhanced accessibility in film festivals. Previous experience includes project management for climate-focused initiatives with Work on Climate and various operational roles in the film sector, alongside international event management for the Polish Tourism Organisation. Monika's educational background includes a Master of Science and two Bachelor's degrees in Organization and Management of Tourism and Recreation and Cultural Studies from distinguished institutions.
