Matthew Fretwell

Matthew Fretwell, D.Min., currently serves as the Director of Spiritual Formation at World Relief, where responsibilities include fostering spiritual growth in US and International Programs. As a Catalyst for the Lausanne Church Planting Issue Network, Fretwell works on global gospel saturation initiatives. With extensive experience as an adjunct professor at multiple universities, including Regent University and South University, Fretwell teaches courses related to leadership, church planting, and crisis management. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Salvage USA, Executive Director of Health & Multiplication at IPHC Ministries, and Revitalization Pastor at Oak Hall Baptist Church, demonstrating a solid background in leadership development and church revitalization. Fretwell holds a D.Min. in Strategic Leadership from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has degrees from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Liberty University.
