Paul Schwartz

Paul Schwartz is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, media relations, and organizational change strategies. Serving as the Senior Director of Internal Communications at the University of California since July 2001, Paul Schwartz established the university's first systemwide internal communications unit, delivering award-winning communications for over 225,000 faculty and staff, as well as 70,000 retirees. Previous roles include Communications Director, Communications Manager, and independent consultant across various organizations, including State Street Global Advisors and Paul Schwartz Communications. Paul Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
