Mihir Shah

Mihir Shah is an experienced professional currently serving as an Advisor in Residence at EY and holding multiple roles as a Venture Partner at F-Prime Capital and Eight Roads. Mihir also contributes as an Industry Research Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management and previously held an Emeritus Board Member position at SustainableIT.org. From August 1994 to April 2024, Mihir was with Fidelity Investments, where key roles included CIO and Head of Enterprise Data Architecture and Engineering, overseeing comprehensive data responsibilities, modernization initiatives, and technology platform migrations. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Coors Brewing Company and Tata Consultancy Services, along with a foundational education in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Finance.
