Catherine Perks

Catherine Perks currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Renesas Electronics, a global semiconductor supplier with over 22,000 employees in more than 30 countries, since September 2021, following the acquisition of Dialog Semiconductor. In addition, Catherine has been a Non-Executive Director at Wilson Grey since January 2019, specializing in FinTech and SaaS recruitment. Prior to Renesas, Catherine held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Dialog Semiconductor from March 2012 until its acquisition in September 2021, leading a global HR team and managing various corporate transactions. Catherine's extensive HR experience also includes roles as HR Business Partner at Invensys Rail and HR Manager at ClearSpeed Technology Plc, among others, beginning with an HR Officer position at ABB Offshore Systems. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of the West of England.
