Matthew Mauney

Matthew Mauney is an experienced tax professional and academic currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law since December 2023. With a strong background in tax law, Matthew holds the position of Senior Tax Counsel at ResMed since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel and Associate at Baker McKenzie from April 2011 to October 2021, focusing on international tax issues, and as a Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from July 2009 to April 2011. Matthew began their career as an intern in the Chief Counsel's Office of the Internal Revenue Service during the summer of 2008. Academically, Matthew earned an LLM in Tax Law and a J.D. from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, following a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
