Sean Leach

Sean Leach is a seasoned technology leader and investor with extensive experience in cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a Partner in Capital One Ventures since April 2024, Sean focuses on technology investing. Previously, Sean was the Vice President of Technology at Fastly, where contributions included driving product vision and strategic initiatives, as well as serving as Executive Sponsor for key customers. Other significant roles include Vice President of Technology at Verisign, where strategic direction for security services was provided, and Senior Director of Technology at Neustar. Sean has also been involved in advising and investing in various startups since 2010 and has held engineering and management positions in earlier roles at companies such as NetLojix, Warp 9 Inc., and Blacksmith Software. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
