Shaji Rajappan

Shaji 沙吉 is a seasoned entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in digital retail and customer experience. As Co-Founder of Retailetics since November 2018, Shaji is focused on creating a digital retail ecosystem centered on shopper experiences, utilizing AI and IoT technologies. Additionally, Shaji founded Inxider in March 2020, which provides real-time insights into customer interactions with brands. As an Ideator at SR2 Labs since January 2018, Shaji explores innovative approaches to data management for both business and social good. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at Captv8 Asia, where CRM solutions were offered for small and medium-sized businesses, and Co-Founder of Six Degrees Solutions, which specializes in customer experience strategies. Shaji's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Consultant at Convergys Employee Care in the Asia Pacific region from 2001 to 2005.
