Tien See Ng is currently the CEO of Revolut in Singapore. Prior to this, they were the Chief Commercial Officer for Liquid Group from November 2018 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for LiquidNet product and business development, as well as usage growth and global expansion.
Under their leadership, the company expanded rapidly, going from 3 markets in July 2019 to 10 acquiring markets in September 2019. In October 2020, they went live with China, Malaysia and Thailand. By January 2021, they had obtained Singapore regulatory approval of Major Payments Institution (MPI) licenses from MAS (Singapore central bank) related to Payment Services Act (PSA). In February 2021, they became a Non-bank Financial Institutions (NFI) and obtained Fast and PayNow licenses.
In September 2021, they went live inbound to Philippines and Cambodia. October 2021 saw the launch of ChangiPay with Singapore Changi Airport. By November 2021, they were live inbound to Vietnam and Korea. January 2022 saw them go live inbound to Japan and Hong Kong.
Tien See Ng has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a diploma from Raffles Institution.
