He is a global management executive specializing in strategy and transformations with experience across 55+ countries. He consults with CEOs, Chief transformation officers, CTOs, and CHROs on Strategy and Leadership, People strategy and HR, and Organisation and Changes. He is a member of the L.A. Business Journals Leadership Trust and teaches a strategy program at Caltech CTME.
