Rebecca Cottrell

Rebecca Cottrell is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President Corporate Counsel at RGP since March 2021, following a tenure as Associate General Counsel. Prior experience includes the role of Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from November 2014 to March 2021 and as a Tax Compliance Officer at the Internal Revenue Service, where audits for individual taxpayers and businesses were conducted, alongside research on tax law. In earlier roles, Rebecca worked as a paralegal and secretary, developing analysis tools and earning a Manager’s Award for exceptional performance. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor in Tax Law/Taxation from Loyola Law School Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Master's University.
