Kim Gaskell

Kim Gaskell has extensive work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Kim began their career as a Music Director at Pentucket Regional High School, where they organized rehearsals, coached students, and oversaw musical productions. In 2010, they joined The Dolben Company, Inc. as a Leasing Consultant and later worked their way up to become an Operations Manager and Property Manager. In these roles, Kim was responsible for overseeing property operations, managing staff, handling resident relations, and implementing marketing strategies. In 2014, they became a Career Ambassador for the National Apartment Association, where they interacted with prospective candidates to attract new talent to the industry. In 2018, they joined RiverWoods as an Executive Director, overseeing daily operations, budgets, and staffing for a community that achieved high occupancy rates. In 2022, Kim took on roles as Vice President of Program Development and Vice President of Operations at RiverWoods. Overall, Kim has demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for community development and property management.

Kim Gaskell has a diverse education history. Kim obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, which they pursued from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Organizational Leadership from the same institution.

In addition to their degrees, Kim has also obtained several certifications. In June 2023, they earned The Six Types of Working Genius Certification from The Six Types of Working Genius institution. Kim became a Certified Apartment Manager through the Greater Boston Real Estate Board in June 2014. In May 2014, they acquired the C3P Tax Credit certification from Spectrum Enterprises Inc., and in August 2013, they obtained the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance - TaCCs certification from Quadel Consulting Corporation. Furthermore, in April 2012, they became a National Apartment Leasing Professional through the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
