Mosaad al-Sultan

Mosaad Al-Sultan currently serves as the Vice President of Legal & Regulatory Affairs and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center since November 2023. Mosaad has been a member of the Saudi Bar Association since August 2017. Previous positions include Head of the General Department of Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development - KSA, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Dar Al-Mustafa Holding Group, General Counsel & Board Secretary at Signature Juices, and roles at Dhahran Techno Valley - DTVC, Saudi Readymix Concrete Co. Ltd., the Capital Market Authority, and the Governorate of Riyadh Al-Khabra City in Al-Qassim. Mosaad holds an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Law from Qassim University.
