Andrea Thomas

Andrea Thomas currently serves as Training Manager and In House Trainer at Roadchef since November 2017. Prior to this role, Andrea spent over 14 years at Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Limited, progressing through various positions including Learning Development Manager, Learning Development Advisor, and Regional Training Officer. In these roles, Andrea focused on delivering tailored learning and development interventions that aligned with business strategies and provided coaching and support to regional management teams to enhance their people plans. Additionally, Andrea managed management development programs aimed at strengthening middle management capabilities across the UK.
