Bhavin Vaid

Bhavin Vaid is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Communications at Roche since August 2025. Previously, Bhavin held the position of Head of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at Ferring Pharmaceuticals from June 2017 to June 2024. Prior to that, Bhavin's tenure at Novartis spanned from March 2013 to May 2017, where roles included Global Head of Franchise Communications and Senior Global Franchise Communications Manager. Bhavin began a career at Pfizer Limited in July 2006, advancing from Communications Graduate to Communications Manager by February 2013. Following a career break from July 2024 to July 2025 for career transition, Bhavin completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School in May 2024. Bhavin also holds a Swiss Board Diploma from Swiss Board School.
