Deepak Bala

Deepak Bala has had a long and varied career in technology. Deepak began their career in 2005 as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. In 2009, they moved to eBay, where they worked as an MTS-1 Engineer on core platform services. In 2012, they co-founded Konotor, an award-winning 2-way engagement platform. In 2015, Konotor was acquired by Freshworks Inc, and Deepak moved to Freshdesk as a Principal Engineer, where they worked on Freshchat.com. In 2020, they co-founded Rocketlane, where they are in charge of technical architecture and operations.

Deepak Bala attended SSN College of Engineering from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a B.E in Electrical Engineering.
