Carly Reiss

Carly Reiss is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of Schools at Rocketship Public Schools since June 2018, with previous roles as Principal and Assistant Principal within the same organization. Prior to this, Carly held the position of Instructional Coach and was a Founding Lead Teacher at KIPP DFW from July 2015 to July 2018. Carly began a teaching career as a Corps Member with Teach For America, serving as an Elementary School Teacher in Metro Nashville Public Schools for two years. Carly's early experience includes research assistance at Infant Learning Lab and various roles in customer service and clerical work. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Cognitive Studies from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Lipscomb University, complemented by an educational experience at Freie Universität Berlin.
