Hungchi H. is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in SEC reporting and technical accounting. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of SEC Reporting at Roku since June 2025, Hungchi has previously held senior management roles at HashiCorp and Amazon-A9, as well as managerial positions at KPMG in both the U.S. and Japan. Early career experience includes auditing at EY and internships at MessageMakers, Deloitte, and KPMG. Academically, Hungchi holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature from National Taiwan University, and has participated in an exchange program focused on Japanese Studies at the University of the Ryukyus.
