Sergey Savitskiy has a strong background in talent management and development. Sergey is currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Room 8 Group since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Metinvest, a large international company, from May 2011 to August 2021. During their tenure, Sergey held multiple roles, including the Head of Learning and Talent Development and the Head of Professional Training Section. Sergey led a team of 174 people and was responsible for various initiatives, such as developing learning and talent development strategies and creating business academies for different functions within the company.
Before joining Metinvest, Sergey worked at Donetsksteel - Iron and Steel Works as a Production Development Specialist from January 2008 to April 2011. Sergey also gained experience as a Science Engineer at Science and Production Association "DONIX" from September 2007 to February 2008.
Sergey Savitskiy attended Donetsk National Technical University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Metallurgy Master degree in Physical and Metallurgical Engineering.
