Ericka Herst-Nixon

Ericka Herst-Nixon, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of Operations and Director of Supply Chain at Rose Batteries since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ericka held the position of Director of Supply Chain and Supply Chain Manager at Luxer One from January 2018 to August 2021. Ericka's experience includes being a Senior Demand Planner at POS Portal, a Supply Chain Manager at PRIDE Industries, and Co-owner of Bacchus Sales & Marketing, LLC. Ericka also worked as a Staffing Manager at Accountemps and had various roles at United Natural Foods, including Sales Support & Marketing Supervisor, Marketing Analyst, and Inside Sales Representative. Ericka holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of California, Davis, obtained between 2016 and 2017, and completed high school education at Oak Grove High School from 1990 to 1994.
