Roskilde Katedralskole
Sita Hviid Qvistgaard has extensive experience in mathematics and Danish education, currently serving as an instructor at Roskilde Katedralskole since August 2020. Prior roles include mathematics instructor at Roskilde Handelsskole from August 2018 to July 2020 and teaching assistant in a mathematics course at the University of Copenhagen in late 2018. Sita's early career involved positions as a substitute teacher at Absalons Skole and a homework assistant at Roskilde Katedralskole. Sita Hviid Qvistgaard holds a Master's degree in Danish with a supplementary focus in mathematics, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same fields, both from the University of Copenhagen. Sita also participated in an exchange program at The University of British Columbia and has been a licensed instructor under the Danish Karate Federation since 2010.
Roskilde Katedralskole
About 35 kilometres west from the city centre of Copenhagen, students gather every day to take their upper secondary education at Roskilde Katedralskole. Dating back to the 10th century, Roskilde Katedralskole has a long tradition of educating the youth of Roskilde and the Roskilde area. Today, the school is a modern school which provides upper secondary education to about 1450 students; even though it has grown and changed much since its foundation as a school for educating priests at Roskilde Cathedral, traditions are kept alive and celebrated just as learning and personal development are still highly valued at the school.
