Serena Suckow

Serena Suckow currently serves as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Ross Stores, Inc., overseeing global Talent Acquisition strategies and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance processes and expand international teams. Serena's earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Recruiter at Ministry Health Care and a Board of Directors Member at Metro Milwaukee SHRM, contributing to membership growth and talent acquisition initiatives. Serena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
