Heini Kaihu has an extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Heini is currently the Chief Sustainability Officer at Rovio Entertainment Corporation, where they lead sustainability initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the SVP and Head of HR at Rovio, responsible for turning the company's strategy into people and culture strategies. Heini also held the position of VP and Head of HR at Rovio, leading organizational design and leadership development.

Before joining Rovio, Heini was the Head of Studio at Rovio's Puzzle Studio, where they had P/L responsibility and led a team of 80 people. Heini also served as the Director of Games Portfolio at Rovio, responsible for creating the game unit's roadmap in collaboration with studios.

Earlier in their career, Heini held various leadership roles at Sulake, including EVP and SVP of Product, where they provided creative and operational leadership for game development and live game business operations. Heini also served as the Director of Habbo Product & Concept, overseeing the global product and as a Producer, leading digital marketing and design projects.

Prior to Sulake, Heini worked at Sonera zed ltd as a Product/Business Manager, Program Manager, and Global Localization/UI Design Manager, gaining experience in mobile entertainment products and country launches.

Heini Kaihu completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Interactive and Digital Media, as well as North American Studies at the University of Tampere from 1994 to 2000. Heini also received certifications in Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2006 and 2007 respectively. In 2014, Heini Kaihu took an Agile management and leadership course called "Management 3.0 - Agile Leadership & Management".
